Thank you for your support.

Making San Diego a more family friendly community has always been a significant focus in my life. My number one priority as our representative will be to restore fiscal responsibility at City Hall so that we can improve our public safety, park development, beach clean up, and roads and water systems

I am running to represent our community as we work together to clean up the mess at City Hall and reform our local government to enhance our quality of life.

It will not be easy: Powerful special interests are waiting to fight us every step of the way; but now, more than ever, it is time to usher in an Age of Reform to make our city great again.

I am no stranger to defeating special interests on behalf of our community.

When local extremists and San Francisco judges tried to tear down the Mt. Soledad Veterans Memorial, I led the successful citywide campaign to keep it “as it is, where it is” in honor of the brave members of our nation’s military who fought and sacrificed for our freedom.

When Sacramento politicians refused pass the laws we need to protect our children from sexual predators, I led the Southern California campaign in support of the successful Jessica’s Law initiative that is taking the worst criminals off our streets and making our neighborhoods safe again.

I’m running because we need someone downtown who is unafraid and willing to stand firm when anyone – whether they are other city council members, special interests, or campaign donors – tries to block the reforms we desperately need. I’m running to help shake things up for our greater good.

I’m a business owner, not a politician. I’ll work hard to break the current city council “buddy-buddy” system, but I can’t do it alone. I know you, like me, care about reforming City Hall to make San Diego great again and improve our quality of life.
